Here is step-by-step guide on how my Photo Shoots work:

  1. You select a Photo Shoot package you’re going to order from here. Make sure your desired place of the Photo Shoot is inside my serving area. Otherwise contact me to find out how much more I charge beyond the area. You can use the same form to contact me on any other question before ordering a Photo Shoot
     
  2. Once you’re determined with date-time, place, number of people and type of event you want me to photograph, you send me a request with the information using this form or giving me a call at (925) 289-8388. At this step you actually do not have to be very precise on your time and place, you can specify few options that could work for you.
     
  3. Soon I contact you back to talk about the Shoot in more details, usually within 24 hours from the moment of receiving the request
     
  4. If we’re all agreed to go forward with the Shoot, I email you an invoice to pay 10% cost of the Photo Shoot. You can use your debit or credit card to pay the initial payment on famous online payment processor Stripe.com.

    I expect you to pay full price (rest 90%) at the day of the Shoot or earlier. You can either pay online with your debit or credit card before we meet or bring check/cash to the place of the Photo Shoot
     

  5. When we meet at the place of the Shoot, we sign a Photography Contract, copy of which you can download and review from here. Model Release part of the Contract is optional to sign. As soon as the contract is signed by both parties, Photo Shoot is good to start

     
  6. I email you a link to a gallery of lower resolution pre-processed pictures with my logo watermark, from which you can select pictures for post-processing or prints. Usually I’m able to send you the link within next business day. For maximum amount of days please refer to the contract

     
  7. When you click “Send Selection” button, your choice of pictures is submitted to me. Once I got the list, it usually takes me other 3 days to process them in full-sized post-processing ones. For maximum amount of days please refer to the contract. I send you another link to download full-sized, processed, watermark-free pictures of your choice.
