I have been interested in photography since my childhood when I would watch my Dad take pictures of us with an old 35mm film camera and print them in a small dark room, lit with a mysterious green light and filled with strange-looking devices and chemical containers. Being able to store your best life moments on film, and turn them into never-vanishing memories got me so excited! Since then I got hooked on photography and my interest for it has been growing all the time.
When I finally purchased my first DSLR camera in 2004, I realized it must become my hobby, my passion and finally my business. Through the years I learned basic and advanced camera techniques, Photoshop, lighting, got rich experience in working with different groups of people and with different personalities under different environmental conditions. I got good experience in studio photography as well. I like everything I do as a photographer very well, but most of all I like to work with kids: I love to capture children’s sincere emotions and the look of tenderness as parents watch their kids. You might know how hard it can be sometimes to attract little kids’ attention, and evoke positive emotions like joy, laughter and astonishment, and manage to capture the best moments of it. To make such a photo session effective (to get most out of the short time allocated for it) you really need to be capable of getting on the right side of every child and know ways to entertain them in order to get them interested and engaged. What helps me here is my experience gained from dozens of past kids-oriented photo sessions, my preschool teacher college diploma, and my love for the work that I’m doing.
